did'nt hear anything from mircale ear their management suck

i paid $5383.00 for these hearing aids. They have been worked on at least once every three weeks since i received them a year and a half ago.

They keep adjusting them and they will not stay adjusted. When they adjust them, by the time i get home from the doctor, they are back to how they were when i went. I would NOT advise anyone else to buy these hearing aids. The technician who works on the hearing aids, Michelle, is a very good worker.

The company does not allow her good working environments to excel in her career. Although the employees are very good, this does not excuse the disappointing experience with the product.

Product or Service Mentioned: Miracle Ear Me 4200 Hearing Aids.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $5383.

Preferred solution: A good pair of hearing aids. .
