I work for Miracle Ear in NC, do not know how that office operates!!! My office is nothing like you described.

If a person comes in for a test it is just to inform the patient of the findings. There is no pressure to purchase a set of hearing aids. That is normally a decision that is carefully thought about. Our test results are accurate and under no circumstances are you pressured to purchase anything from us.

ME has been around over 70 years and if what you described was true about all of the offices, then ME would be out of business.

I work daily to inform of the options. I am sorry about your experience, try a different location.

Not working right. Batteries only last 2-3 at days the most,batteries are not cheap. Re charger pair are better for sure. But not paying another $2,500 I have starkly,rechargeable, I let her use them.she cant believe the difference.night and day. So clear. I payed $6.000 cash for her miracle ear.hopefully they can do something.

Resolved: Great Employe

Alexis at the Chesterfield store is amazing. She is very friendly , courteous and knowledable. She is willing to take whatever time is needed to solve a problem and remains genuine the whole time. You have a great employee in Alexis and you must do whatever is needed to keep her. What a great hire!

Bad service ,,no call back from corporate office

I purchased a $6600 upgrade on 09/02/2021 I changed my mind and canceled the next day. It has b 45 days now and the money has not been refunded. I have called their corporatethere are other companiesthere are other companies office and no one will return my calls

Aid the Customer looking for relief on bad service

Sorry; Miracle Ear isn't the only Aids that don't work. I have had 3 different manufactures Aids, and not 1 has helped as advertised. I have a set of M.A. Aids, but the tech that services them is self learned. I was told by them, "I was shown a few things, have a great support team on standby, and I learned most of what I know hands on." Too bad this is true, but I also purchased a set from an independent dealer that said he studied the manual on Hearing Aids, and was self taught. He and his son runs a lucrative business and is NOT an Audio Tech. (Either was Miracle Ear Tech) My only hope is to get a tech some day to adjust as really needed. Good luck to ya.

Feeling scammed

They promised service anytime, just make an appointment. Just about a week after getting a pair, one quit working, unable to get an appointment. They book up, are having open house, they said. I left messages with my phone number and still no return call for three days now. I feel like I wasted my money and got scammed.

Inhave mine for about 6 months, i have tried, went back to the Siren Wisconsin store o get them fixed. I can hear everything but people, i paid $8000, i want what i paid on them, i am giving them back

Can t hear people, everything else, you should be able to put out a better product, you scamming the senior citizens?

Poor business

Was notified on the July 26, hearing aids are in. Called on July 28 to advise will be in on Fri July 30 to pickup. Told to program them or not, I wasn't doing a new hearing test. When I went to pickup nothing was done. They didn't even know I was coming or anything that was discussed on July 28. What a joke, stay away from miracle ear.

Poor customer service

Thought I lose both of my hearing aid. When in on 7/20/2021 and they said I had to order new ones. I need them to work so I placed the order. On 7/21/2021 I found on old ones, went to miracle ear in person to cancel the order. I was told the once the order was placed it could not be stopped. I was also told that my old ones was taken out of the system and could not be serviced by Miracle Ear again. @#$#$ @#$#$.

The new hearing aids canceled, my old ones reactivated so miracle ear can service them when needed, and provide the customer service they promised when I spent over 7,000.00 for my hearing aids.

Poor customer relation.

Thought I lose my two hearing aids. Went to my store and paid a lot to get new ones. I found my old ones and wanted to cancel the order. I was told that once the process was started, it was not able to stop the order or refund the money. They turned off the ones I have to get service when needed. This company is a ripoff. Please stay away

Very un happy with this company.

The finance company they set you up with do not honor their agreements. Ally finance. I was suppose to have a 12 month no interest agreement with these people. It hasn't happened they try to charge interest every month. Have called and brought this to their attention but it still happens.
