Not resolved

I attempted to return this sorry piece of *** on 3 occasions,,1st time the salesperson said there would be a $400 restocking fee,so i took it back home,,,on the 2nd occasion it still would not work. The sales idiot said oh i forgot to show you this and gave me a little plastic thing to supposedly clean wax off of it.

I take it home and it still doesnt work. By this time i am very pissed and had enough. I go back the 3 rd time and tell him all i want is a receipt to show i brought i back, he says that isnt going to happen. I curled my hands into fists and i guess i scared him because he stepped back, i wanted to hit him but knew better.

I stood up pushed the device across the desk and walked out. Two weeks later the device is mailed back to me. Well in numerous phone calls for payment i told them i wasnt going to pay a single cent.

Tomorrow i go to court because they are suing me. This will be fun.
