Big ad in today's Tampa Bay Times (FL) The person answering the phone did not know about the full page ad for BOGO hearing aids Did not know if they were rechargeable or not. Did not know product!

Asked where the shopping center was located and she proceeded to give me an address right from the ad.

Again I asked for what is around you but that was also useless. Although in the market for a hearing aid it would not be with you based on my first contact with a person who had no knowledge of the promotion or what simple questions I asked.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Phone contact person.
