Don't go there. As nice as they appear, they are there to sell you a hearing aid.
Whether you need it or not. My husband had wax in his ears, but they tested him anyway, and talked us in to getting a hearing aid, the best they had with discounts?????at a price of $7,000. When we ran it through our insurance company, they told us Miracle ear was out of the network. We cancelled the order and went to a Dr that was covered by the insurance.
They cleaned his ears, tested him....and told us he is OK, doesn't need hearing aids.
I am still in shock, that such dishonest people exist. If you go there, make sure you get a second opinion before trusting them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
