Not a consumer-friendly way of doing business. Their sign on the door has Monday-Fri 9:00-5:00 but the door was locked on a Tuesday at 11:00 with now explanation why they were closed.

I called the call center and spoke to a supervisor and said they are open at another location, but no sign said that. Another customer tried but left. I did go back the next day but they refused to even make an appointment because my wife cannot be there.

There might be a legitimate reason, but it didn't seem it mattered. There are other good hearing aid companies that I am sure will be a lot more consumer orientated.
