Miracle Ear - No compensation for month-long wait for replacement hearng aids
My wife lost her Miracle Ear hearing aids. They were insured as part of the purchase.
We were told she would have a replacement in a week. Over a month went by before the new pair arrived. One did not work and had t be sent back to the lab for repair. This took several more weeks.
The local franchise manager here in Rochester, Ryan Bennet, gave a vague explanation that it was the fault of the lab (that makes the aids) but agreed that some sort of compensation or rebate should be made by Miracle Ear (we made our usual payment that month for no hearing aids). He claims to have brought this to the attention of his manager. Nothing has been resolved.
He has not replied to my latest message of several weeks ago. This is pathetic customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $86.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Miracle Ear Pros: Near by location, Friendly personnel, Salesman was very knowegable and our location was convient.
Miracle Ear Cons: Problem not solved, Poor customer service.
