I got a set of Miracle Ear hearing aids approximately 30 years ago. They have been wonderful.
I was not pressured at all for I know I had a hearing loss and needed the aids. I was very happy with the sales people. Then in October I went for a routine evaluation and was so unhappy with the sales people. She insisted I needed a new up to date set of aids.
I ended up getting mad at her. I told her I have been very happy with what I have now and have not no trouble with them.
She said "you hit it lucky" Now isn't that awful? I guess poor service and rudeness shows up when they are trying to make a sale.
